Let yourself be seduced by the charm of this beautiful stone house typical of the Île de Ré, just a few minutes from the beaches and nestled in a peaceful and verdant environment. Located in Les Portes-en-Ré, this rental is ideal for a family stay, between beach, nature and sweet living.
With its 117 m² flooded with light, this carefully decorated house blends comfort and authenticity. From the entrance, you have access to a pleasant tree-lined courtyard of 30 m², perfect for your summer meals and moments of relaxation in the open air. A former independent painting studio has been converted into an outbuilding, offering a space with sofa and desk, ideal for creative activities, reading or simply escaping for a moment.
The fireplace is purely decorative.
Inside the house, you will be welcomed by an independent and fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, cafetière and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the crockery needed to cook as if you were at home. The open-plan living area consists of a warm lounge and a bright dining room, perfect for your family meals or friendly evenings. A shower room and separate WC complete the ground floor.
Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises two comfortable bedrooms: a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (140x190), and a closed bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) as well as a wash basin area. On this floor a second bathroom with shower and WC is also available for your comfort.
For added convenience, the house is also equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron. Although there is no private parking space at the property, you can park for free on the street a few metres from the house.
