Vraiment parfait

Séjour très agréable, la réalité est plus que conforme à l'annonce. Appartement très propre, bien équipé et extrêmement bien situé et calme. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Tout est accessible à pied. Plage, commerce, restaurant, centre ville, port, parking...Très bon accueil.Madame Aubin est très réactive au SMS dès que vous avez une question. Je recommande fortement cette location.

Bel appartement bien disposé, calme, confortable dans le centre-ville entre grande plage , port, marché et à proximité des commerces, nombreux restaurants. Idéal pour tout faire à pieds. Propriétaire très agréable et disponible. Nous avons hâte de revenir une prochaine fois.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Sables d'Olonne. L'appartement est idéalement situé. Propre, bien équipé. Très bien pour 2 avec un grande chambre et une grande salle de bain. Accueil simple et chaleureux de Brigitte.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans un bel appartement, propre, bien situé au coeur de la ville. Une vue sur la mer d'un côté et une autre belle vue sur les toits de la ville et une de ses églises. Le soir le coucher de soleil se reflétant dans les vitraux de l'église ... à savourer. A moins de 200 m, les magnifiques halles des Sables avec de bons produits frais et locaux ... à déguster. Et plein de restaurants à découvrir. Des propriétaires charmants et en bonus pratiquement une semaine de beau temps. Bref, une très bonne semaine.

La météo nous a permis de découvrir les sables d olonnes mais l appartement impeccable et bien équipé nous offrait un nid douillet pour nous retrouver le soir . Très bon séjour Aux Sables d'Olonne

Ma compagne et moi avons passé un très bon séjour aux Sables d'Olonne ainsi que dans cet appartement ! En effet, ce dernier est très bien aménagé. Tout s'y trouve ! Il a un charme fou et le style moderne avec poutre est superbe. Il se trouve à proximité de tout ( commerces, services, centre-ville, plage... ) et le parking proposé par la propriétaire est tout proche. Cette dernière est vraiment accueillante, sympathique et compréhensive. Elle est disponible en cas de petits tracas. En ce qui concerne les restaurants à proximité, on ne peut que recommander " Le bistrot du palais " situé juste derrière les halles. Le patron est très chaleureux et les tarifs ne sont pas du tout excessif, ambiance familiale. A recommander sans problèmes !
