Stay in peace and quiet in the beautiful resort of Les Sables d'Olonne in this single-storey house located in a residential area while being close to shops and the beach.This house of approximately 50m², newly built, includes a living room of 25m², south-facing, with a fully equipped open kitchen to make your stay more comfortable. The living room opens directly onto a pleasant terrace without vis-à-vis, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a jacuzzi The night area is composed of:- A bedroom with a Queen size bed 160 200.- A bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a 180/200 bed)- A bathroom with Italian shower, sink and towel rack- A separate toilet.This accommodation also has a private parking space.N.B.: A second similar house can be rented separately but it is also possible to contact us to book the 2 houses together to reach 8 beds.It is important to note that the jacuzzi is optional during the period from October 1st to April 30th.
