Capacity: up to 4 people unobstructed view of the bay of Sables d'Olonne, beach and shops at the foot of the residence.



The apartment:

Bright studio located on the 6th floor with lift, south-west facing balcony and garden lounge.

Living room with sofa bed in 140, trundle bed (2x90), dining table.

Fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker Senseo, kettle, toaster, citrus press).

Bathroom with shower, washbasin, towel dryer, washing machine. Separate toilet.

Cupboard with cleaning supplies.



Parking: free and unrestricted on the street.

Accommodation classified as 1 star (May 2025).



Ideal location:

Presidents' District, all shops accessible on foot.

10 minutes walk from Tanchet beach and Thalassotherapy.

10 minutes by bike from the city centre and SNCF train station.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
