You will be able to enjoy a beautiful bright living room-dining area open to a balcony, offering a magnificent view of the bay of Sables d'Olonne, equipped with a convertible sofa bed in 140, a trundle bed (two 90 cm beds) and a dining table with its 4 chairs.
An open, functional, and fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave, juicer, dishwasher, coffee makers (Filters + Philipps Senseo)...
A corridor in the entrance leading to independent toilets and a bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink with storage furniture, a towel dryer, a washing machine, and finally, you will find a storage closet with all the necessary cleaning supplies.
The southwest-facing balcony is equipped with a garden furniture set, ideal for having breakfast with a sea view.
