Come and stay in this lovely studio, ideal for your next holiday! Its main asset: an exceptional location with an unobstructed view. At any time of the day, you can enjoy a refreshing swim, a morning walk on a still deserted beach, or even a jog at sunset.
From breakfast, settle on the sunny balcony to savour the moment. A plancha is at your disposal to extend culinary pleasures throughout the day.
Located directly on the promenade, the studio is in a lively neighbourhood, lively in the evening, with numerous restaurants to vary culinary pleasures without needing to go far.
Upon entering the studio, you will find the living area with first the American kitchen, fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking.
You will also find the dining table, the living room with the sofa and a television, then access to the balcony.
For sleeping arrangements, the double bed is located in the wardrobe above the sofa. Simply lower it and the bed will unfold easily (140x190 cm). You also have a retractable bunk bed in the wardrobe opposite the sofa, which opens in the same way and offers two additional single beds 90x190 cm.
A wet room is also available in the accommodation as well as an independent toilet. You will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a small iron.
A private bicycle storage area in the garage is accessible to deposit up to 4 bicycles. This is door number 21.
To park, there are no private parking spaces. You will therefore need to park in the neighbouring streets.
