Located on the 8th floor with an elevator, within a well-maintained residence, the apartment benefits from an exceptional location, right on the water's edge.
A Bright and Perfectly Designed Studio
This large 30 m² studio consists of:
•a practical entrance to drop off your belongings,
•a spacious and bright living area, equipped with a new fold-down bed (wall bed) offering comfortable sleeping with a genuine bedding,
•a third additional sleeping space (VALLENTUNA convertible pouf with mattress topper),
•a fitted and equipped kitchen (2-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator with top freezer, combined oven/microwave, filter coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, wine glasses, etc.),
•a bathroom with toilet,
•and a balcony with an almost 180° sea view, ideal for your breakfasts facing the ocean or your end-of-day sunsets.

Departure: between 8 AM and 10 AM (In low season and outside events: late departure optional.)
Cleaning: End-of-stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty trash bins, unmake beds (if option taken), wash and put away dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!
Linen: Sheets towels optional, to be reserved with the concierge
Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
