Stay in an unusual place steeped in history in this former semaphore built at the end of the 19th century and offering a splendid view of the ocean and the rocky coast.
Everything inside is all about charm, modernity and tradition with a mix of wood, stone and steel.

Rare to be able to stay in such a property in France. And yet, the old semaphore of La Chaume, in Les Sables d'Olonne, is available to you so that you can experience a real moment of history.

Located a stone's throw from the ocean and the rocky coasts in the typical district of La Chaume, you will be charmed by its configuration and its magnificent view of the ocean.

On the ground floor: an entrance opening onto a living room with pellet stove, two bedrooms each with a bed on the mezzanine 140*190cm by miller's ladder (beds prohibited for children under 6 years old) and their connecting bathroom, a separate toilet with washing machine.

Along the floors and the spiral staircase:
- On the 1st: the "Moroccan" living room, a parental suite with an attic bedroom offering a 140 bed and its bathroom (bath and shower, one wc).
- On the 2nd floor: a kitchen allowing access to the Rooftop, by a ladder, thus offering a 360° view of the ocean and the town of Les Sables d'Olonne.

The semaphore is an integral part of a residence "Le Sémaphore" located in La Chaume - Historic district of Les Sables d'Olonne.
A swimming pool shared with the residence is at your disposal from June to September, at the foot of the semaphore.
Private parking is also available.
