Host will supply sheets, pillows & all bedding.

No cooking with strong spices allowed in the cottage.
Please do your dishes before leaving.
Garbages will be picked up on a regular basis for longer stays if required.
Otherwise keep garbages in the sunroom overnight as there is lots of bears in the area. Contact owner for garbage pick up.
Do not leave food outside as it will attract bears or other animals.
Bedding can be stripped before leaving & left on each bed please.
Keep umbrellas closed if it’s windy.
Guests are NOT to use robotic pool cleaner. Owner will be cleaning the pool if needed for long stays.
Guests can be met for orientation of property & equipment.
