Stay was okay. The check in process took longer than anticipated, well over 30 minutes. The dresser drawer wouldn’t stay closed and had to use a coffee cup holder ton”jimmy” is shut to avoid running into the drawer in the middle of the night. I can speak highly of the valet staff. They were on point and very respectful.

The room was very dated. Clearly there was water damage the furniture was damaged . The bathroom was so old it didn’t feel clean. It was also incredibly loud. We ere woken by fireworks, construction, and the highway.

An emergency alarm went off at 4am with a voice controlled automation staying for your own safety please stay in your room and an update will be sent. However the update never happened and it went off again and was paused. In addition our room was musty and not updated, rust marks on the ceiling. Lastly the ice machine on our floor was out of service.
