I stayed at three BW hotels this trip for 9 nights: Downtown Calgary-3n, Surestay Lethbridge-5n, Airport Calgary-1n. All were spotless, the staff didn't bother me when requested (Lethbridge), breakfast was good and the Lethbridge hallway carpeting was awesome. Could you do something about the weather? (It was great after I left!)--thanks herb
