Disappointing Stay
This apartment was one of the stays we were most looking forward to on our month long trip in Europe - Unfortunately despite its potential was our biggest disappointment of the trip. The check-in was fairly complex as the included parking was a pass that is included but you have to find street parking to use it - which could be close by or up to mile away. The apartment was filthy - floors covered in dirt and dust - dirt and grime on pretty much all surfaces - mold and water damage in large spot of kitchen wall. Overall lots of damage to walls - taped together spiral staircase - Shower that fills up bottom and then randomly drains.
Advertised with AC - we felt this was inaccurate as the only two rooms with air conditioning are on the 2nd floor - the entire main floor has no air conditioning - in addition they told us we could not use the air conditioning in May after we arrived and tried to get it to work. So we felt this was deceptive advertising. Also the apartment has washer and dishwasher - however if you try to use more than one electrical appliance at a time - you might lose power. We lost power a couple times the first night and were told we could not use more than one thing at once. So these features were not very usable. When we brought up issues - an irate man came and told us we could not use the air conditioning instead of helping us. Also texts about losing power were just told not to use features in apartment. Little was done to address issues after our stay.
