A few kilometers from the wonderful 5 Terre, the apartment is located in the typical Ligurian village of Chiesa Nuova (Levanto), in a hilly area. Here you will find the quiet of the countryside and the charm of the sea view. In less than five minutes, driving along the road with your own car, you can reach the center of Levanto and its wonderful beach. Nearby you can visit Sestri Levante, Lavagna, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino and Genoa, also reachable by train.



The TIMO apartment is on two levels. On the ground floor it consists of an equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining room where there is a single sofa bed; on this level we also find a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Apartment equipped with bed linen and towels. Including use of the garden and car pass to park your car for free or at a discount in Levanto; this pass must be returned at the end of the stay with the keys of the apartment.

Entspannung pur

Wir waren mit unserem Hund für 3 Nächte in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Gekocht haben wir in der Ferienwohnung nicht, deshalb kann ich das nicht beurteilen. Im Dorf gibt es nur ein Hotel mit Restaurant, in dem man mit Reservierung essen gehen kann. Ein Auto ist erforderlich zum Einkaufen gehen.

Photos conformes, très joli logement avec un jardin qui donne une vue sur les montagnes et la mer, Carla qui s'occupe du logement est charmante Si vous êtes matinal les cloches de l eglise qui est à 5 mètres sonneront à 7h30 , vous êtes immergé dans la vie d un tout petit village
