It includes a luxurious soaking tub with jets for relaxation after a day at the beach, an open floor plan with an 8ft American Heritage slate pool table, a spacious granite island for additional dining space, and hardwood floors throughout the main areas leading to an outdoor balcony with a pond view. The community also offers a pool for your enjoyment, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessary cooking appliances, utensils, cups, plates, etc.

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with trundle (2 twin, 1 full)
- Queen sleeper sofa in the family room

- Renters will receive a code via email or text for the keypad to unlock the front door
- 1 keycard is available for pool access, with a $35 replacement fee for lost keys
- Renters must provide their own toiletries
- A cover is provided for the pool table; please use it when not in use

Strict enforcement of noise complaints from neighbors is in effect. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am, and a noise monitoring system is in place, alerting the owner if noise levels exceed a certain threshold.

- 1st noise notification: Warning
- 2nd noise notification: $50 fine
- 3rd noise notification: Immediate eviction

Smoking inside the unit incurs a $75 fee, and any additional guests beyond the limit of 10 will result in a $50 charge per person.

Property has Roku devices. You can enjoy a wide range of free content, including over 500 ad-supported streaming television channels and more than 80,000 free movies and shows through The Roku Channel.
