Staff was extremely kind and helpful (especially the lovely breakfast host). Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was more than expected for a complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, friendly staff. When I entered the room the smoke detector was chirping (low battery). Within 10 minutes they replaced it. Only disappointment was that the pool was "broke" and was unavailable. They did provide an alternative, could use of pool at their sister location.

One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was to enjoy the pool and hot tub. When we arrived they told us they were both out of service. There was no compensation as they said they had reduced the price of the rooms to account for them not being available. We booked this room months ago so we paid full price. They said there was nothing they could do about it. They did have rooms with hot tubs available but said we could not have one. Very disappointing. Breakfast was pretty good.
