Enjoy the views from inside and out at this tranquil lake front home. This beautifully updated home is in the perfect location on High Rock Lake with colorful sunrises which may be enjoyed outside or in the comfort of the cozy sunroom.

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home offers a spacious deck/patio, outdoor fire pit, dock with hot tub, kayak launch, and beautiful lake front views. Enjoy time on the water or relaxing time indoors - this home has it all!

Wake up each morning and step into the sunroom with a fresh cup of coffee while taking in the beautiful lake views. The fully stocked kitchen includes appliances, dishes, cookware, and basic cooking staples to make meal preparation easy. A combination Keurig and traditional coffee maker is available for your convenience. Gather around the large dining table for family breakfasts, dinners, or game nights together.

The cozy living room, complete with a gas fireplace, is the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water. Large windows overlooking the sparkling lake create a constant invitation to step outside and enjoy the scenery. The sunroom sofa converts into a queen sleeper, comfortably accommodating two additional guests. Cable is available on the living room TV, and all three Smart TVs allow guests to log in to their personal streaming accounts.

When it's time to turn in for the night, retreat upstairs to the master suite. The king-size bed with quality bedding ensures a comfortable and restful sleep. The master also features a flat-screen TV, full-length mirror, and a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious rainfall shower. The upstairs bunk room, which sleeps four, is located just across from the laundry/utility room. The third bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor.

End your evenings with a barbecue dinner at the outdoor dining table or gather lakeside around the fire pit to roast s’mores under the stars (firewood included).

Your stay includes a starter supply of paper products, linens, towels, a hair dryer, iron, and a first aid kit.

Our 16' water bouncer with slide and attached floating dock will be available beginning April 8, 2026 and is sure to be a favorite for kids and adults alike! For safety purposes, a liability waiver must be signed by all guests prior to check-in, regardless of whether they plan to use the bouncer, hot tub, or kayaks.


Lake Toys & Rentals
Make the most of your lake getaway by adding some extra fun on the water! We offer a variety of optional lake toy rentals so you can enjoy the lake without the hassle of bringing your own equipment.

Available rentals include a variety of pontoon boats and jet skis, perfect for cruising the lake, exploring nearby coves, or spending the day tubing with family and friends. We also offer additional water gear such as premium life jackets, a kneeboard, large tow-behind tubes, and a floating lily pad mat, along with all required ropes and equipment.

Boat and jet ski rentals are booked separately through our rental company. To secure a boat for your stay, please search “Blue Heron Boats NC” online and book directly through our website to reserve your desired dates. Please let us know ahead of your arrival if you would like to reserve any lake toys so we can ensure everything is ready for your stay.

Total family fun!!

We so enjoyed our stay with family of all ages at this beautiful home. Austin & Megan were wonderful to work with and have done a great job making their property comfortable for a small or large groups, ours was a group of 10, ages 11 to 90!! The view is beautiful, the boat traffic minimal, which was perfect for our skiing family of all ages. The new additions of the new dock, hot tub & fish cleaning access station just added to the house’s appeal, not to mention their great neighbors, that we actually hated to leave even more. I love to cook for my family, so their kitchen fit perfectly, as I served 10 people hot meals twice a day in their beautiful roomy kitchen. You can’t go wrong with this beautiful spot, this is one of the best all round places we have ever stayed, and we have been doing family vacations at different lakes & homes for more than 10 years. Many things to do for all ages!! Thank you Austin for your interest in making our 10 days so memorable!

You will NOT be disappointed

This is one of the best VRBO’s we have ever rented. The house was so comfortable & beautiful decorated. The fireplace was easy to use, the fire pit right by the Lake was so soothing, especially after a dip in the amazing hot tub. OMGOSH the Foot jets!!! We watched the sunrise, over the Lake, both mornings, from the primary bedroom's bed. The location is perfect for day trips to the NC Zoo and Seagrove for the local pottery. Both are about a half hour drive, through the very picturesque North Carolina countryside. For dinner, take a little drive around the Lake to Waters Edge (also accessible by boat), sit on the outside patio, and have dinner while you watch the sunset over the lake. The food is amazing, and I highly recommend the goat island Ice Tea. We will be saving this for future trips!!!

Perfect vacation house!

Perfect place to come and relax with family! Sunroom was great for the cool mornings and the fire pit next to the lake was great in the evenings. Lake views were beautiful and the fish were very active. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

Clean & perfect little lake house...

Needed a place to stay for a fishing tournament on High Rock Lake. Our son had a 2nd place finish btw!!! Thinking it was because of the comfortable bed & clean sheets. This home was a wise choice. Decorated perfectly, everything felt new & updated. Onsite boat ramp was a plus. The outdoor entertainment areas were perfect too. Would book here again for sure.

Great family space

Great family vacation spot. Good location and easy to find. Close to grocery stores. Nice neighborhood. Nice yard and fire pit. Great access to the lake with beautiful views. Host was quick to respond to any questions and was friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. We had rain most of our stay but were happy indoors. Had one nice day of sun so we rented the pontoon boat which the kids loved. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Rental Property

Super clean, very spacious rental property. The view was perfect from any room in the house! Sunroom was a big hit to hang out in, tons of games to play. Communication with the renter was 100%!! at all times. Tons of outdoor seating, and indoor seating. Perfect for a group of people who are looking for space, fun and awesome views. Neighbors were also very nice! All in all great home to rent.

Peaceful and well stocked

Austin, the property manager, was immediately responsive and very nice when we had a quick question or two. We were happily surprised when we arrived. The place obviously has a lot of pride of ownership. Plenty of dishes, some spices and even a couple of bottles of water and a few candies for when we arrived. The beds were comfortable, AC was cold when needed, although we were able to leave the windows open and enjoy the air and sunrises. The place is right on the water, so we sat by the water each evening enjoying a glass of wine and watched the osprey hunt, boats go by and generally soaked in the environment. Of all of the rentals we've stayed in, this is one of the nicest!

Beautiful home and view

For my birthday I wanted a getaway with family and this was the perfect place. We went to the nc zoo which is not far and made it back in time for dinner and s’mores at the fire pit right on the lake. We spent the morning on the dock watching the ducks swim before leaving. This is a beautiful property with everything you need four a relaxing vacation.
