This apartment, located in a historic multi-unit house, is located within walking distance of both downtown Lexington and the University of Kentucky. Transylvania University is also nearby. Rupp Arena is 3/4ths of a mile away.

The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and fireplaces in two rooms, and was recently remodeled and restored. The house dates to 1908 and features a bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen.

I have stayed in short term rentals myself, and my aim is to make your stay easy, pleasant and comfortable.

Do not stay at this property! The advertised parking space was not available. The bedding caused a skin rash; I have never had that happen previously, VRBO or hotels. Don't trust a rental that has brown sheets. There was a strong musty smell, which only got worse when I turned on the AC. I contacted the host on check-in regarding the parking situation, but did not receive a response until the next day. There was no way I could stay the 2nd night that I had booked. I reserved a local hotel, which was about the same cost, ironically. Overall, the rest of the property was very underwhelming. In my conversation with the host regarding my concerns, I am fairly confident he had never seen this property; he has "people". I requested a refund for the 2nd night, which he would not do. Clearly, the previous ratings were false.

Zero communication until night before stay. The area was hit with a winter storm and we asked to reschedule and got hit with a bot response. Lossed our money and this host didn't care. Great deal when booked, but wouldn't use again.
