Because of the revamp of this property and they chose not to carpet the rooms, you can hear people walking walking, dropping things and it is just noisy. The rooms were clean, food was fair, typical breakfast fair, but no one was cleaning the table after use.

UNBELIEVABLY RIDICULOUS.

This whole experience was outrageous. Management should be ashamed. And to be clear, I never did stay at this property. I wrote a review critical to a policy and my reservation was summarily canceled without notice and I was apparently barred. I only received a refund for half my payment which is not in dispute with my credit card company.

The room was unique, modern, and spacious. I would have loved to have had a spot to hide our suitcases, like a section under the bed or behind the sliding door to the bathroom. I really loved the window seat and extra seating. If all of your GLo’s are like this, we will definitely be returning in the future.

We loved the decor and design of the room and lobby area. The continental breakfast had decent choices. The only thing I personally disliked was the pillows. They were too hard for my liking.

This hotel was basically ok, but pricey for what you get. I know solid flooring is popular everywhere, but I don't like it in a hotel. That's just me. And the bathroom had the most inadequate lighting I've ever seen in a hotel room. Even with both lights on in there, the room was too dark. But the shower was great, hot water and good pressure! Appreciated that. We were there 3 nights, it met our needs. But at $234 per night, I expected a bit better fit and finish. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

Pleasant overnight
