The front desk staff was absolutely horrible!! Rude, ticked off to even be there, never smiled.check in time was 3:00- we got there at 2:46pm- she said she did not have any room, I said ok how long do you think it will be? We can just wait here in the lobby, please let us know when our room is ready. A huge line began to form for check in’s. I did hear her tell two other people who came in behind us they would have to wait too. I assumed they would get a room after us, not the case. She proceeded to check in more random people that came in well after us and the other people that were waiting. I had yo walk up, wait in line- one person only working the front desk ask her , excuse me, what about us? She said- oh I had you in the bank of my mind, I was saving a room for you. She could see us sitting there waiting and she knew we had already checked in with my credit card and signed. We just had to show a ID when our room was ready. This was horrible service and a very mishaps employee representing your hotel. It gets worse. My husband went down the next morning to get coffee- no coffee or cream- completely out and no one to be found. He even had a conversation with another family looking fo coffee too. My husband sticks his head in the bank office behind the desk- no one. He then looks in the kitchen area- no one, oh wait he hears a bunch of laughter- The desk girl and a older lady were back in the laundry area just laughing- No one at the front desk. Horrible service!
