Ok for an overnight stay.

Check in was easy. However, front desk was hard to understand, spoke very softly and was on her phone while checking in. Toilet in room, had to flush twice every time using it.

Easy to get to from I75, with gas station and dining options very close by. Breakfast available at 6am, great choice for travellers.

It was clean, however, it’d be nice to have more garbage bags in the room. A coffee maker and microwave would’ve also been nice to have in the room. Breakfast could’ve been better as well.

The hotel wasn't the worst but wasn't the best, light switch didn't work in our room, the breakfast was cereal, waffle maker with no batter, yogurt, an a loaf of bread. For the $125 I spent I've definitely stayed at nicer hotels for less.

On our trip down to florida, it was a perfect overnight stop. No frills, 2 comfortable beds and clean room with a simple breakfast provided in the morning. Exactly what we wanted at a decent price.

We had car trouble on our way to the hotel so never got to it. Had to wait over night in Knoxville to get parts for the car. We had booked the Microtel in Georgetown the day before our planned arrival so booked with no cancellation. Not sure that the option was available. We told Expedia that we could not use the Microtel because of our car problem and asked them to notify the Microtel. We do not know if they did. This morning we received a form email from the hotel saying we were charged the full cost for the night. The irony is that depending upon when the part arrives and how long the repairs take we may need a hotel in Georgetown tonight.

Good check-in. Great stay - bed, a/c, and bathroom. Very convenient to interstate. The Danish and Fruit Loops weren't too bad either. Memo to check out clerk: You are the face of the business. You deal with the customers. You are their first interaction of the day and the lasting image at departure. Your guests pay your salary. Act like it.

My overall stay has been awesome nice room nice accommodations very friendly staff although housekeeping needs a little improvement I've stayed at the motel a few days now and I had to chase down housekeeping they only halfway did my room they didn't change my bedding I wasn't happy about that part but everything else has been great would definitely recommend it to any of my friends
