Nice location and looked like a good place to stay and shop. We arrived to late to shop but would have liked to stay long enough to walk around the shops. Hotel is nice, clean very new looking and feels trendy. Would stay again.

I had high expectations because of the fact there are only 7 Origin Hotels in some pretty exclusive areas… the location of this hotel is fantastic being in the Fritz Farm complex which offers great dining and shopping.. but the hotel doesn’t offer any amenities like a coffee bar or any kind of breakfast other than the restaurant… the hotel is very clean and modern and beautiful but it’s just missing something from what it could be. The bar and restaurant was never crowded but the service there was pretty bad.. very slow to recognize your presence and even longer to get drinks etc. I really expected more.

Staff was friendly. The room was standard. Our refrigerator didn’t work so we couldn’t keep drinks or leftovers cold. Mentioned it a couple of times. First time they did offer to keep our leftovers in the break room fridge because the maintenance man that would fix it was gone for the day. Mentioned it the next morning on our way out for the day and they said they’d have it fixed. It still didn’t work when we got back. The area it is in was very nice and unique. Loved all the stores and restaurants around.

My friends and I stayed for a girls night in Lexington. When we checked out, we were told that they could not give us a receipt but to wait about an hour and receive one from Expedia. When I asked the total bill, so that my friends and I could share the cost, I was told that it was confidential. Seriously, they would not tell me how much my credit card was charged and I was supposed to wait until I was an hour away from the hotel to maybe get a receipt, and also be unable to clear this up in person. This is really ridiculous and unacceptable Customer Service.

Great hotel, especially for the price! My only complaint was with our shower because it never got hot. It was very late and an inconvenient time for us to address it so we took cold showers and went to bed. We did tell the front desk at checkout. They apologized and would've gave us a discount but couldn't because we booked through Expedia.
