The hotel was very nice. The receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating to all our needs. In fact she was appalled when I told her it smelled faintly of cigarette smoke because the hotel is a nonsmoking facility. Right away she wanted to give us a different room. It also is right off the expressway and around plenty of restaurants.

While the room was great and the bed was super comfortable, there was a washer and dryer next to my room that somebody was using until around 11 PM. I was not able to fall asleep until after midnight and had a long drive in the morning so I was a little distracting but overall a great place.

Was easy to check-in, room very clean. Sink and toilet were too low, was possibly an ADA equipped room, which we didn’t request. Bed on the other hand requires a step stool (provided) to get up on. Breakfast was ok, but no fruit offered. Orange juice tasted like Tang, coffee was light brown hot water. But overall we enjoyed our overnight visit to the area, especially historic downtown Georgetown. FatKats pizza dining out was awesome!

A solid 4 star review. Check in was fast & easy. The young lady was very friendly. The room was clean & big. The only negative is while the room was big the bathroom was tiny. A person of size would find it difficult to move around in it. The vanity area was outside the bathroom which was nice. The location was perfect for what we were there to do. There were lots of eating choices in walking distance. Easy to get back on the interstate. Would stay here again.

I have a nonverbal child with autism, and the staff was amazing with him. He is a very curious child, and they never treated him any differently. They were incredibly kind and did their best to accommodate our needs. The room was spacious and clean, with fresh towels and sheets. Breakfast was provided every morning, and everything in the area was conveniently accessible.

Liked that coffee & tea were available at 3:30am when we were hitting the road. Orange juice tasted great & refreshing. Liked you could walk to multiple restaurants to eat & gas was close by & easy to access. Front desk was friendly & helpful. Room was clean but bed was high - little cumbersome to get into. Wasn’t too happy about the noise from the highway when trying to get to sleep. My only real disappointment was the hallway lighting - had to use my cell phone flashlight to read where to place key card to access door.

We were upgraded to a suite because they over booked. That was a nice surprise. The things they could do to improve for the convenience of the guest is there was a dinning area most people wouldnt use that couldve been made smaller and the tub toliet area made bigger ,so you could move and reach the toliet paper. We took the tp off the holder and sat it on the tub. The faucet for the sink was loose, and there wasnt a place to put the soap. If youre a light sleeper youll need earplugs. A train goes by honking several times in the night. Very clean and you can walk to several restaurants near by.
