The hotel parking lot was not available as it was under construction which made the check in and luggage handling an issue. This should be resolved in a few weeks according to the staff. Good restaurant in the hotel but not much (walkable) around it as it’s in the downtown business district .

The Delegate was a great boutique hotel. I loved the exposed brick. The Keurig and water bottles in the room was a very nice touch.the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner was easy to use.

It's a really neat boutique type hotel.Just a few things we noticed. The AC/ heating unit needs to be moved. It blows right on the bed. The breakfast is in their restaurant. But it didn't open until 10. We had to leave early and couldn't wait. The parking is doable. But not as convenient as most of your chain hotels. But if you're staying here your looking for something different. The rooms are beautiful and the remodel is wonderful. It's very detailed.Its in walking distance to a few small restaurants. It was a nice experience.

The place is great for the most part. The sink situation is a little awkward. Only real complaint is that there is like zero soundproofing between the rooms. We heard every word from our neighbors. Hair dryer at 5:30 am was very loud. Could even hear their electric toothbrush.

Beautiful elegance in Bourbon country! Rooms very clean , loft feel with brick walls! Will stay there everytime we visit Bourbon country for sure. Friendly staff and awesome Steakhouse in the building for dinner and drinks!

Walls & floors are thin. You can hear every time the person flushes the toilet. Or talking in the next room. One morning somehow someone turned our tv on & was trying to connect their Apple. Bed sheet were stained.

We checked in pretty late, but were greeted at the front desk. The room was spacious and clean. Only negative was a snorer next door and some very loud train whistle or steam release in the middle of the night! Otherwise the bed was comfy and it was nice to have a small Keurig for coffee in the morning.
