Good and confusing

The hotel was very nice. Very modern, almost too modern. It took a long while and a phone call to the front desk, but we finally figured out the lights in the room. Still not sure how i got the thermostat to work. The tv requires you to use your phone. You have to scan a QR code to bring up the remote on your phone. We didn't di a whole lot of tv watching, but there was one time we did and my phone said I had to rescan the QR code while we watching a show. I had to get up and turn off and on the tv manually. There is a refrigerator in the room but it comes fully stocked with drinks to purchase and no room for your beverages. Wasn't sure if all the cams and bottles were setting on sensors so we didn't move them. Unfortunately our stay was during a rain storm. The rain beat down on our room window all night long. It was very loud. We've stayed in hotels during storms before and never had that annoyance. The good...the hotel is very nice. The staff is great. The free shuttle service is a big plus. We would stay here again (in good weather) now that we got the technology somewhat figured out.

Don’t miss the fabulous Manchester!

this is my fourth or fifth day at the Manchester. Still a new hotel, they have really upgraded their service in every way. starting up, any endeavor is always challenging, but they’ve really got it dialed in. Super friendly, absolutely gorgeous rooms, helpful staff, I love the yummy savory or sweet breakfast delivered in the mornings to your room, just really loving the Manchester and look forward to staying there often. Oh, and the cocktails at the main bar are out of this world! I am not exaggerating, as good as cocktails in Manhattan and San Francisco, and much easier to access!

The only problem was the toilet didn’t want to flush but it was the chain in tank had broken and maintenance came and fixed it while we were out. Really friendly staff, and nice place to stay- not much of a view- but was convenient to the Manchester Music Hall for a concert and the restaurants were great!

This hotel is such a vibe. It is beautifully created and decorated. The restaurant is also a top choice in Lexington. We did not get to check out the rooftop bar because it wasn't open. I don't love that valet or paid parking is the only option and you're not close enough to downtown to walk so if you want to be near downtown I wouldn't pick this. But if you don't mind driving 5 minutes to downtown or taking an Uber (even better) then this is a perfect choice.
