This cosy single-storey cottage is a perfect setting for a romantic escape for two. Sun Hill Palins is well located outside of Leyburn on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, the cottage is part of Sun Hill Farm.

Settle into the sofa together in front of a film, or in the warmer months after a day's exploring, sit in the garden (just a short stroll along the drive) and watch horses train from Sun Hill Racing stables. Very comfortable, but our impression was it was more suitable for a couple of days than a week. It is quiet, interesting with the racehorses working around you, and close to easy walks.
