Room was well equipped. Comfortable beds, restaurant served good food and shuttle to the airport which is across the highway. The pool area had a bar and lots of seating was welcome. The hotel is right beside some other restaurants, and convenience store.

Pool area was excellent and the food was good - had chicken fingers and fries plus a chicken quesadilla. Drinks are pricey at the pool especially if you’re Canadian with Fx rates, $11 for a local beer. Rooms small but clean and adequate Close to the airport and a free shuttle

Staff were polite and friendly. Pool area was clean and pleasant. Breakfast area was large and bright. Breakfast offerings were Beans and Rice, Meat stew, Scrambled eggs (with a note indicating the dish was milk and cheese free) and Plantain plus fruit and yogurt, cereal, bread, croissants and chocolate treats. Our room was clean, quite small and reminded us of Ibis hotels in England with Ikea-type modern fixtures. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was large. We loved the location, near the Guanacaste Airport. The shuttle driver was excellent and the vehicle was comfortable. I did not give this property an excellent rating due to several issues that I mentioned to the manager. He assured me they would be addressed. However, I have not received any communication from the hotel indicating they have been resolved.
