Room was well appointed and clean, and the Costa Rican breakfast was tasty and more than I expected! Wendy was a wonderful hostess, and Grace at the front desk was very helpful. My only disappointment was not being able to use the pool which was under construction.

I liked the property and everything was clean. It’s a little noisy with construction going on right next to the pool. They have all the conveniences and a good free breakfast. I was unable due to language barrier to understand and order room service. Nice free shuttle to airport and I’d highly recommend it for staying at while traveling to and from airport.

The stay was great. The front desk could have been more helpful in providing information. We had a rental car from the rental company next door and was told by the car company that we could leave the car at the hotel and give the keys to the front desk. The front desk wasn’t helpful with the logistics and if we should take the hotel shuttle or can rental shuttle and if reservation was required for either.

The room was exactly as described. This is a new property, very nice and super clean. My only disappointment was that everything is in Spanish which was hard for me but not their fault. In the U.S. we offer English and Spanish and it would be nice for us foreigners if they would do the same to make our stay easier to navigate.

Couldn’t get on to WiFi and there was no hot water for a shower. Mattresses and pillows were low quality and not very comfortable. The Garden Hilton looked like it was a much nicer quality so stay there if you can.
