This luxury 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, with additional sleeping area in the designated office space will surely accommodate most. The home features an open layout showcasing gorgeous lake views from almost every room. The large living room and sitting areas allow you and your guests to comfortably watch tv, relax, or entertain. Two sliding doors that lead right out on to your deck allowing you to get a breath of fresh air, or just take in the beauty of the lake, which ever you prefer. Also this house provides a large eat-in kitchen with high-end Bertazonni appliances, spacious dining room, wet bar, and indoor/outdoor living with expansive outdoor decks showcasing sunsets over the lake. Sleeping accommodations include 3 Queen-size bedrooms and one full-size sleeper sofa in the designated office space. The expansive primary suite has its own gas fireplace, large walk in closet/nursery room and ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Summertime there are gnats. Doesn't matter how often they are cleaned from the windows, they are almost immediately back. So if little critters such as gnats are not your thing, perhaps our house on the water may not be the place for you.

Parking:
-Please do not block the road in front of the garage as that is an easement for the house next door. Cars parked there will be towed.
-Please utilize the parking in the garage or up top on the street next to the trees where the cut out is. Parking is very limited.
-Please no smoking or vaping.
-No confetti or glitter in the property, this will incur an additional cleaning fee.
-Absolutely no pets allowed.
-Please keep in mind that there are numerous stairs to access the lake and it is not handicap accessible.
-No Fireworks on the property on the 4th of July.
- The unit below may or may not be occupied. There are a few shared spaces such as the lower decks, dock, and BBQ grill
-There is no sound proof barrier between the units. With that being said if you and your guests could be mindful of the noise that travels down in their space we would appreciate that very much
