Elegant terraced villa in a central, green area of Lignano Pineta, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, Hemingway Park and the town centre – ideal for a relaxing holiday. It offers free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, microwave, safe, and a spacious private garden with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. Heating is available on request in the low season (extra charge). The villa, with air conditioning, features a living room with dining area, double sofa bed and ceiling fan, a kitchenette with dishwasher, guest toilet, patio with outdoor fireplace, and fenced garden. Upstairs are a double bedroom with an extra single bed and en-suite whirlpool bath, a second double/twin room, a single bedroom, bathroom with shower, and balconies. The attic, accessed via spiral stairs, has two single beds (not heated/air-conditioned). Garage and washing machine in the basement.

*Check-out: 10:00 (keys to be returned at the agency)
