Peaceful flat 300mt from the sea! The accommodation on the 3rd floor, consists of a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette, one double bedroom, a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a window and a shower cabin and a large terrace equipped with tables and chairs. The apartment features independent air conditioning in every room, modern new furnishings, a reinforced security door and one parking space. On the top floor, there is a large shared solarium equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs.
