Three-level terraced house with shared outdoor pool for children and adults in Lignano Pineta. The residence is located near Hemingway Park, only 800mt from the beach. The ground floor is composed of a living/dining room with a single sofa bed, a kitchen corner and a small patio (low fence). On the first floor you will find a double bedroom, a full bathroom with shower, and a terrace. The attic floor consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom with shower, and a terrace. Equipped with TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and one uncovered parking space.

*The property is not equipped with sheets, towels, blankets and linen in general.

Top Modern, Super ausgestattet, Unkompliziert

Checkin war super einfach, kamen erst nach den Öffnungszeiten an, vorher angerufen, Schlüssel einfach aus dem Briefkasten abgeholt. War etwas schwierig, das richtige Apartment zu finden. Apartment war Top Modern renoviert, super ausgestattet, 2 neue Bäder, bequeme Betten, Küche modern (Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd, alles an Ausstattung vorhanden). Insgesamt 3 Balkone + Terrasse. Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Lage ist ruhig, allerdings nicht direkt am Strand. Pool wurde leider bereits abgelassen (mitte September). Checkout ebenfalls problemlos. Alles in allem ein super Erlebnis, zu einem fairen Preis (außerhalb der Urlaubssaison). Gerne wieder!
