This property was amazing! Right on the water, great views of the bay. Waking up every morning to waves crashing was so peaceful. The owner communicated so well and was very pleasant to work with! It was a great stay. We loved it!

We had a great stay with our adult children. The unit was clean, well stocked and spacious. The view from the balcony is lovely and we enjoyed spending time out there taking in the sun and listening to the waves. There is an elevator which takes you down to a beautiful beach with nice sand and calm waters. The location is great as there are many shop, restaurants and lots of activities to do in the area some with in walking distance. The owner and property manager were both very quick to respond and have thought of everything you could need including beach supplies, dishes, high end appliances, ice maker, pots and pans etc. The only thing missing is a BBQ (we ate out every evening so wouldn’t have used it anyway). There are several different levels with a couple of steps and the host has motion sensor night lights in those areas which helps a lot to eliminate trips and falls. The shower in the master bedroom is a little intimidating at first as there are windows in it but no one can see in and the 2 shower heads gives you a awesome shower! The loft is a nice space with 3 twins and a trundle beds but the ladder to the loft makes it a little tricky to take luggage up and would not be real safe for younger children. We had lots of space for 6 adults and played cards in the evening and enjoyed a lot of family time in this lovely rental.

Our family had a fantastic time at Andrew’s place. The house was perfect for me and my family, the place was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Started every morning with a cup of coffee on the lanai with the perfect sunrises! Andrew was responsive and very attentive.

Kauai (near Lihue airport)

Location is amazing. Initially given incorrect code at arrival but property manager was available via phone and had immediate fix. Would be 5 star rating but listing clearly indicated a hot tub and this was not true. When I asked the host I was told I must be confused and there was a whirlpool tub in the MB vs a hot tub which was also not the case, simple bathtub.
