Lovey hotel, room was small, but comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful, professional and attentive. Breakfast was great, plenty of fresh tasty food. Location is perfect for exploring Lille. Would definitely recommend!

Easily walkable to the old part of Lille. Breakfast was good especially as included in the price. Small hotel but has everything you need. Value for money excellent.

A chain hotel that is absolutely not a chain hotel

We loved everything about staying at this hotel. Supposedly it's a chain hotel but nobody told the people that run it. When we got there, they offered us a drink they'd made using mint from their own balcony. At breakfast, in addition to the (excellent) buffet they came out with freshly squeezed orange juice they had made themselves in the kitchen. All the staff were lovely and went out of their way to help however they could. And it wasn't even expensive. If/when we return to Lille, this will be where we stay.

Nice Hotel in the center of town

Nice Hotel in the center of town with helpful staff and a very good breakfast, nice but compact rooms with comfy beds. We would recommend this hotel although getting a wheelchair in the lift would be tight.

Comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Excellent location for access to Lille Eurostar station (7 min walk). Very nice bathroom with spacious shower unit. Could do with having tea/coffee making facility in the room. Would be much better to have a safe in the room (this is important).

Terrific location for shopping in Lille

This hotel is a short walk from the train station and across from Euralille, a shopping mall in downtown Lille. This is very convenient for shopping and dashing back and forth to your hotel. Euralille also has a movie theater and it is good to have your hotel close by after a late night show. Throughout my 3-day stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. A cold, limited heavy carb breakfast is included in the room rate, but Carrefour grocery store is across the street if you need more food/snacks. Unfortunately, there is no fridge or microwave in the room. The hotel room was clean and updated and the bed was comfortable. I stayed in a standard room with a shower. I could upgrade for 20 euros to a larger room with a bathtub, but they were sold out. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay and would stay here again.

Great location. Lovely clean room. The only downside was the fact that we had breakfast paid for and we waited 20min standing for a table for 3 while others were staying at the table having their 3rd tea cup and no food, like being at a coffee place not breakfast.
