The hotel location was great - convenient to the waterfront, Larcomar mall, Parque Kennedy, restaurants, etc. The personnel at the registration desk and bell desk were very helpful. Housekeeping was thorough.

Room is small but a great bathroom with large walk in shower and good water pressure. Bed was very comfortable. Safe in room did not work. 5 minute walk to large area on the water with restaurants and shops.

Good price

Got there two hours before check in and they stored our luggage for us. Once we got bs k our room was ready and we went right up to freshen up. The room was spacious and has soaps and a hair dryer. The bed was comfy and nice. Tv channels are limited but that’s ok. Breakfast was very good and free with made to order eggs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Negatives were: mold in the shower and cob webs in the room. A little more attentive to those and it would have been 10/10.
