This hotel is very outdated and room is worn out. Carpet is dirty and even the towels are old looking. Its breakfast room was overwhelmed by the number of people and service was inadequate. I would rate it a 3 star. On the bright side, front desk staff are nice and helpful.

The first thing we noticed upon arrival was the pleasant aroma of the lobby. I wish i knew what they put into their diffuser. Staff were all fantastic and spoke very well in English. We ran into a little snag and they fixed it quickly. It was impeccably clean and food was good. Its a fantastic hotel and would be my first choice if returning to lima.
