Stay was good the only thing is the wall HVAC unit did not work until I unplugged it and plugged it back in. When leaving at the desk the person their was busy watching something on her phone and did not look up at me for over 2 minutes.

Online reservation and pay thru Xpedia, had to repeat all of the information already in the reservation with the desk clerk, seemed repetitive, then had to pay $1 on my card “to assure you won’t smoke…!…” WHAT? Ridiculous…likely won’t stay with Wingate again

Great accomodations and easy registration. Gave it a 3 star because there should be hand rails on the wall beside the bathtub and beside the wall nearby to accomodate those who need assistance getting in and out of the shower/tub area.
