This unit is on the 1st floor, freshly painted, laminate flooring in living room and hallway, new carpet in bedrooms, large closets. ON-SITE LAUNDRY. Stove is provided. Street parking. Owner pays water and sewer. Tenant is responsible for gas, trash and electricity.

Rent is $1,625.00; security deposit is $1,625.00 on approved credit. Unit is available now, PLEASE TEXT FOR SHOWING TIMES. (SE HABLA ESPANOL).

Requirements: ID or Drivers Lic, 1 month current pay check stub(s), Income requirement is 2.5+ times the rent (depending on credit), stable work history, minimum mid-FICO of 625 required. No evictions or bankruptcies. All applicants 18 years of age or older will require a credit check.
