Basic apartment in a fantastic location near the centre and riverside. Didn’t have an iron which I found strange for an apartment and neither did they provide one at reception. Worthwhile for the price as wasn’t so expensive

Ideal stopover

Clean and comfortable place to stopover! Friendly staff and convenient with a secure garage. 10 mins walk into town. Lovely walk ways and picnic spot by river.

Great Place

Well-situated steps from the river and walking-distance to a grocery store, the former Limoges porcelain factory and a small tavern on the other side of the river. On the whole, I’d stay there again.

We only stayed one night. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and quiet. A self-service laundry is available on the ground floor. We were surprised to find that the machines (one washer, one dryer) were controlled by a smartphone app. It actually worked quite well, notifying us when the load was done.

Séjour de deux jours en couple. Le personnel est très sympathique. Notre chambre était du côté de la Vienne et calme, relativement propre. Les petits déjeuners étaient complets, copieux et bons. La kitchenette était chichement fournie mais le personnel nous a proposé assez facilement de la compléter.

A FUIR !!

Bonjour, Suite à notre séjour du 13 au 18 août, je vous fait un retour sur notre expérience dans la "chambre" 225 de l'établissement : * ACCUEIL : personne qui ne vous regarde même pas, lève les yeux en l'air quand ils ne fixent pas l'écran... * MÉNAGE : Un chewing-gum-gum collé sur un côté visible du canapé-lit d'un des enfants. Lave vaisselle plein de vaisselle encore mouillée..., salle de petit déjeuner avec le sol collant sur toute la surface. * SALLE DE BAIN : Fond de baignoire rayé, joints de carrelages décolorées, mobilier gonflé, miroir abîmé, mitigeur difficile à ouvrir et ne reste jamais à la même température (passe du bonne température, à gelé, à bouillant sans rien touché), vitre pare-baignoire mal réglée le joint tombe et la porte ne tiens pas en place (elle reviens vers nous sans arrêt quand on se douche.), demi dose de gel douche pour 4 personnes et 5 nuits passées en 2 douches de 4 personnes il n'y avait plus rien.. * CHAMBRE : Carreau de carrelage cassé à l'entrée, tous les meubles sont abîmées, les murs sont sales de tâches, des plinthes manquantes, la table tourne sur elle même quand on mange et est toute gonflée, le bureau ne tiens même plus au mur (fixations tordues ou arrachées), matelas pour "lits 1 place" de très mauvaise qualité qui ne sont d'ailleurs pas des lits au passage, la barre de store qui nous reste dans les mains quand on ferme les volets, barre du rideau qui ne tient plus que d'un côté. Et c'est un 3 étoiles ça ?

Fuyez !!! Très sale.

Première chambre qui sent la cigarette. Avec sur le bord de la fenêtre un bol rempli de mégots. De plus, la chambre est sale. On demande un changement de chambre. Limite si on avait l'impression de déranger et d'être trop exigeants... Deuxième chambre aussi sale que la première et mauvaises odeurs également. Là, on montre notre agacement et comble du ridicule, la réceptionniste semble encore plus agacée après nous... Troisième chambre... on accepte par dépit mais elle est tout aussi sale. Heureusement que le surclassement etait soit-disant automatique... une blague... On descend demander nos boissons gratuites... elle nous en rapporte une pour 4 personnes. On lui montre preuve à l'appui que c'est une boisson par personne. Elle souffle et prétend qu'il ne lui reste qu'un seul choix... bref, on montre notre agacement mais elle semble ne pas le comprendre. Seules satisfactions, la literie de notre lit était convenable mais pas celle des enfants. C'était un lit d'appoint et pas un vrai lit. Le petit déjeuner convenable également et le personnel du matin bien plus sympathique. Très agréable même. Point supplémentaire : on a vite compris pourquoi les chambres étaient sales quand on a vu le comportement et la tenue des femmes de ménage... Quand on dit que ces employées ont un rôle essentiel dans la réputation d'un établissement. Là, elles ruinent clairement la réputation de celui-ci. Vous trouverez mieux sans difficulté.

Très bon accueil. Chambre non climatisée…ouverture des fenêtres inconfortables trop proches des lits. Agencement de la chambre non rationnelle… obligation de passer par une chambre pour aller aux toilettes. Descriptif sur le site de la possibilité de parking pas très clair! En un mot parking gratuit dehors. Client Silver…aucune attention!
