You’ll love our cozy Studio Condo with gorgeous views! Enjoy the Large Flat Screen TV with cable TV, Free HBO and Roku for your favorite streaming service. Relax with a complementary Keurig coffee on our quiet private balcony with lovely mountain views. Enjoy all the amenities of our resort including our indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, game room, billiards, and ping-pong. HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

Great weekend in White Mountains!

The lovely studio was clean and comfortable and close to everything we wanted - hiking, shopping, restaurants, wineries and more! The host was outstanding when we needed help with the television! Rick responded to us immediately! We really enjoyed our great weekend at this lovely studio!
