Super friendly and helpful staff. Blocks from lots of things to do and eat. Great for kids and families. Breakfast was amazing. Being able to relax in the evening with drinks and snacks was a great way to end the day.

Just OK.

Hotel was just ok at best. Beds were not comfortable. The couch pull-out bed was a joke (should not even consider this a sleeping space, even for children). The TINY, thin mattress was sinking through the couch frame and you could feel every single spring. No bedding was in the room for the pull out bed (even though the room was rented for family of 6- indicating that bed would be necessary for accommodations) Tile in bathroom was not very clean. Pool was TINY! Pool absolutely could not accommodate for the size of the hotel. 4 families at the poor (9 people in the water) and it was overly crowded. Food prices were ridiculous.

We accidentally booked our room for the wrong night. Sierra at the front desk was very helpful and SO nice. Although it was my mistake, she helped me get it fixed and made us feel like valued customers. She was so kind and more places need employees/people like her!

Love this hotel

Came to Omaha for work but brought the family with too. Have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel. Room was clean and comfy. Entire hotel was in great shape and very sound-proof which is rare. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even brought our dog along and they were extremely accommodating. Breakfast was great. Valet was busy but did a great job. Love the proximity to the Old Market. We have a couple of hotels we love in downtown Omaha but honestly the pet-friendliness of this hotel might make this the new go-to.

Not so Good!**

Called two weeks ahead and asked for adjoining rooms and early check in. Neither one of those requests were kept. The check in at four kept being pushed back. The breakfast on Sunday was very chaotic, no silverware, dirty tables everywhere. I just feel like it could of been better for what we paid. We did get free snacks in our room! The bed was so unconformable you could feel springs. I just think it might be time for some upgrades. We have stayed here in the past and love the convenience of it but think we will look elsewhere next time.

The breakfast situation was ridiculous. You had to wait sometimes up to 30 minutes for plates and silverware. The line for the “made to order” items was always at least a 30 minute wait as well. Everyone was crowded around with few staff in sight. It was not a good experience any of the mornings we went regardless of time. We ended up just going out for breakfast the last day. Next time we’ll stay at a different property.
