The guy at the reception was very rude upon arrival. No indications provided on how to find our room and in general a poor customer service was received during our stay. The bathtub was nasty it had mold and the room smell badly.

The room was very clean and very spacious. Comfortable chairs . Easy check in tons of close parking. Pool was decent. A little hard to get to and not accessible. If you have any mobility issues, just as a warning as it is down a flight of 14 stairs with no other apparent entrance available.

The person at check in was really personable and helpful. Rooms were adequate. There was no information in the room for guest services, and we only found out rooms were not cleaned every day when we returned to the room and called to see why nothing had been done. The hallways were being painted during our visit, so a bit more hectic than they likely are usually. The buffet was very good, and the staff overall was friendly and pleasant.

Best Eggs Bennie ever , rye toast yummy and excellent coffee. Carpets original from 1979 need updating really bad , carpets and ceiling filthy .
