Good Stay in Roseville!!!

The hotel was clean and suites were spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good both days we stayed and had a variety of choices to choose from. If you are going to arrive for a late evening checkin (between 10pm-midnight or after) make sure you call the hotel to tell them, so they do not mark you as a no-show. The A/C was great on the suite, but it was loud.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in the Sacramento area. The room was reasonably priced and included a separate bedroom, suite, kitchen, two televisions with good program offerings. Shopping is walking distance and easy to travel to surrounding areas. Very clean with great free breakfast. I will definitely stay Homewood Suites Roseville again.

All good except the 12$ per day parking fee. Ridiculous and probably better to just charge more for the room then nit pick your customers daily. Talked with others in the breakfast area and none were happy about this charge

Poor Management/poor room

The bedroom was ok. The bed itself was too hard, and not comfortable. Our neon concern there was black mold in the bathroom we were unaware of. The staff/hotel should have been aware of this issue. Black mold doesn’t form over night and it takes months. Proper cleaning wasn’t done. The hotel had refused to compensate anything due to their own negligence. Black mold can make people sick. They had to close off the room even. We weren’t aware until the next morning when we alerted hotel staff. There was no apology or follow up. The management never followed up.
