The service was good. The room was ok. Some broken things. And some trash from previous people. The free breakfast was poor. Only bagels cereal and boiled eggs that were rotten. The pool area was good.

Getting better

They are in the midst of renovating, the new rooms look more modern but still aren't fully upgraded. The rugs and furniture are new but the fridge & microwave still need to be updated.

Clean, bed was super comfy except the pillows were a thick for my liking. Quiet except for when we had to turn the ac on, which was right over the bed. The room was toasty even though it was snowing out.

Dès que nous avons fait signe que nous emportions notre assiette on nous a indiqué que c'était maintenant fermé. Bref, ce n'était pas ce qu'on pourrait appeler un déjeuner.

Rude and creepy

Women who helped me check in was rude and didn't offer any of the hotel amenities. My family felt like we weren't welcomed. Then about 2 hours before check out one of their employees were caught looking in our windows. At that point we packed up and left.

It says the reception works 24/7 which is not true, they stop at midnight. It says breakfast starts at 8, but started at 8:30. The room smelled bad and looked dirty. There are more options in the area, do not use this one.

I was unsure if the facility was open upon arrival. It was very quiet and no activity that I noticed. They were quick to respond once I picked up the phone inside to call them. Very pleasant. The building is old but maintained. If I had to complain at all it is about putting another customer who arrived late evening above us. They were the only other people staying and they were very noisy above us. I just think it would have been better if they were down the hall we were in.
