Il était indiqué qu'il y avait un déjeuner inclus. Cependant, il n'y avait pratiquement rien à manger. Les contenants étaient vides et sales (nous étions les premiers à venir déjeuner à l'ouverture). Dès que nous avons fait signe que nous emportions notre assiette on nous a indiqué que c'était maintenant fermé. Bref, ce n'était pas ce qu'on pourrait appeler un déjeuner.

Rude and creepy

Women who helped me check in was rude and didn't offer any of the hotel amenities. My family felt like we weren't welcomed. Then about 2 hours before check out one of their employees were caught looking in our windows. At that point we packed up and left.

Very happy with our stay. The room was clean and cozy. The beds and pillows were so comfortable!! Staff was polite and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

It says the reception works 24/7 which is not true, they stop at midnight. It says breakfast starts at 8, but started at 8:30. The room smelled bad and looked dirty. There are more options in the area, do not use this one.

I was unsure if the facility was open upon arrival. It was very quiet and no activity that I noticed. They were quick to respond once I picked up the phone inside to call them. Very pleasant. The building is old but maintained. If I had to complain at all it is about putting another customer who arrived late evening above us. They were the only other people staying and they were very noisy above us. I just think it would have been better if they were down the hall we were in.

The room was very dirty. Bathroom sink had water and hair in it. The blankets and sheets had hair on them also. The chair had a brown spot on the fabric where your head went. Fire place in room was broken. When tried to get refund through Expedia, the hotel owner said we spent the night and checked out in the morning which we didn’t stay.

Seems like it's a family owned business. Probably a good place for hikers, backpackers and people for quick getaways. Not for family

Adequate but do not count on breakfast if skiing

Being so close to Loon mountain, many visitors plan to ski. Although the mountain opens at 8am, breakfast does not start until 8:30am. Breakfast was very limited with 2 cereal, a few bagels, stale donuts, apples and coffee and mango punch juice. The staff was very regimented and would not give out more than 2 keys, would not replace towels unless dirty towels were turned in, and generally limited flexibility. The space worked well but we had chosen it for the free breakfast which was disppointing. But overall clean, comfortable and convenient location.

Overall a very nice. Would visit again.

The hotel was very beautiful. The tub was amazing. The bed was super comfy. The room was warm. The downfall was the fireplace being out of order and the floor in bathroom was broken a little and wood hanging off tub
