The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The thermostat didn’t control our room heat and some of the outlets didn’t work. It was loud in the morning (7:30 am). Neighbors let their kids run up and down the outside hallway yelling. We have stayed here twice and would stay again but it could use some updates.

Clean room, new comfy beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Weather was sub zero and the indoor hot tub and heated pool, accessed by an underground walkway, were enjoyed !

Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Showwr had Hot water. To access pool we went throuh underground tunnel/wallway so didnt have to go outside (still cool because unheated but great to avoid snow). Pool was large with HOT hot tub. There needs to be tape showing where entrance to hot tub is. Breakfast was good variety. Cereal bagels fruit hardboiled eggs.

Staff was courteous. The room was small especially the bathroom. Obvious areas that needed touch up paint. Mattress is soft but comfortable unless you are a bigger person. No chair in room except for two small metal chairs. Check in and out was easy. Left over coffee from previous guest found in coffee maker! Price was right.

No kitchen. Nothing in vendors machine. Heat didn't work. Shower no hot water. Breakfast was a joke . The outside was nice . Inside was very cold. You could hear all visitors.. I paid $170 for what??.. If i knew this previous i wouldn't have booked. It was suppose to be a romantic weekend..

Breakfast was limited to cereal bread. And bagels. We had the room with the king-sized. Bed jetted, tub and a fireplace. The fireplace did not work. The jetted tub was full of people's hair. The room was dirty. The vent in the bathroom was hanging by the wires. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy.
