We recently stayed at the SureStay by Best Western in Williams and were very disappointed with our experience. The room itself was in poor condition—the linoleum was buckled in several places, making it easy to trip, and the bedsheet was stained. When my boyfriend went to shower, there was no hot water. When we called the front desk, the attendant argued that there was hot water, but after coming to the room, he acknowledged the problem and returned with a screwdriver to fix it.
Breakfast was included, which was fine for those who eat breakfast, but I only drink coffee. Unfortunately, there was no creamer or sugar available, so I had to leave the hotel to buy coffee elsewhere.
Overall, the experience was far below what we expected from Best Western, and we hope management takes these issues seriously so future guests have a better stay.
