Compare Hotels with Parking in Linden

This was a wonderful peaceful stay and it was exactly what my sister and I were looking for. The house was furnished with comfort in mind. The full kitchen had a wonderfully large trough sink that I want in my house, and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. There is a king size bed that is so comfortable that it made it hard to want to get out of it. We slept in and just laid there enjoying the peace and comfort surrounding this place. You are not around any highways or heavy traveled roads. One side is a flowing deep river, and the other a dirt road leading to a few houses right past us. The pictures of the patio and fishing right off of it, are accurate. And if you aren't catching fish, you are just admiring the tall tree line on the other side of the river and just listening to the birds and crazy nature sounds that kept us guessing on what they were. Night time was the only time this patio was almost inaccessible due to the amount of bugs that water always brings, especially if you turn on the light, but surprisingly there were very few during the day. I would sit out here and drink my coffee or eat lunch/dinner just to listen to the lovely sounds of it. This place was good for ours souls. I can't say enough about it. Around your reservation day, the owner will send you a PIN on your map, use it...trust me. You are 20 minutes from Marshall in small country roads that lead you straight to the river.

Nice room

The receptionists was really rude and short towards me when I came in to check in. I had checked in at 2am and the doors were locked and she seemed to be upset that I appeared at the door to check in. Upon walking in, she went around the desk and just stood there looking at me. I told her that I had reservation and gave my name, she immediately said "no, you dont." Without looking on the computer. I gave her my id and pulled up my reservation on Hotels.com and showed her my confirmation on the app. She looked at the computer and said again "nope, nothing here with your name." I asked her to give me a second so I can Hotels.com customer service and find out what's going on because We paid it in full. She immediately said oh there you are. Not sure if its a scam but beware. Also took forever for the tv to come on and when it did horrible blurry pictures and can barely hear it or see it. Worthless tvs. Other than that room was an excellent size for 2 boys as tall as 6'3 and my husband and I. Beds were very comfortable and the doors were perfectly section off outside so you dont have to walk a long hallway to get to your room. Great area as well. The receptionists as well as the tv are the only 2 negative experience I had with this place.

We historic hotels... back to basics! No TV and No phone! Room has been beautifully restored/updated recently. We would recommend staying at this gem.

Very nice place been here several times very clean and every evening we could see deer in the back yard. If you are looking for quiet weekend this is the place.

Wonderful welcome. Great communication. Quaint comfortable. Lean room. Complimentary beverages, fire pit started for us, smores set out to enjoy. Recommend this to all. Haven’t had breakfast yet but pics look delicious.
