Newly remodeled home centrally located in Utah Valley. Minutes from restaurants, shopping in Salt Lake, Sundance, Park City, water parks, museums, and Timpanogos Cave. Snow in the winter brings skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. In the summer, hiking, mountain biking, off-roading, and camping.

Come and relax in a beautiful home with room for everyone. There are three spacious bedrooms all with walk-in closets, a cute loft for extra living space, living room, dining room, and full kitchen. There is an amazing covered porch in the back, that covers the entire length of the house, adding a great outdoor space.

Primary Bedroom - King Bed with love seat that pulls out into a twin bed.
Second Bedroom - Queen
Bunk Room - Two twin over twin bunk beds (sleeps four).
Upstairs Loft - Couch pulls out into a full bed.

Two parks within walking distance, a walking path, play areas, pickleball, and basketball courts. We are 7 minutes from the Lindon Marina at Utah Lake. They have a beach area and rent kayaks, and paddleboards. Only four minutes to the freeway, it is easy to get anywhere you need to go. BYU, UVU, Thanksgiving point, Sundance, Provo, and American Fork canyons. All the fun Utah activities; skiing, swimming, hiking, biking, museums, or just enjoying the views. Close to shopping, great food, entertainment, and grocery stores.

The House was very clean, which is very important to us. The space was perfect for our group of 9, with plenty of spots for all our teenagers. The hot tube was also a bonus after a long day on the slopes, and Trisha was very responsive.

The house was nice, in good shape but I felt the number of beds comfortably sleeping 11 was misleading. The full size couch was small and the other was only a twin. There were barely enough sheets and not enough extra blankets. Also the kitchen was only stocked with a few dishes.and cookware. No ziplock bags or aluminum foil and other such amenities. I have been to other kitchens that were much better stocked. Also only one dish towel and dish cloth. However, the home was like new and very clean. It would have been nice if a few games were provided for recreation.

The home was in a nice neighborhood, very clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of all the things needed for a comfortable stay. It was extra nice that there was a Christmas tree and other holiday touches throughout the house since our stay was right before the holiday. Trisha was responsive when we had questions. Absolutely Recommend!

We just completed a week long stay as we were in town for my daughters wedding. This home was impeccably clean and the perfect landing and prep pad as we were so busy and in and out all week. It had a ton of clear counter/table space, a huge empty and beautifully clean fridge, and plenty of rooms/bathrooms for our crew. We even appreciated all of the garage space. Also very close to the freeway and the Grove Station wedding venue. Our group was teens and adults. Absolutely great place, would not hesitate to recommend it to others and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Nice location - easy to get on and off the freeway and to graduation at BYU - but far away enough from the crowds! :) Lots of room for our crew! Newly remodeled and done with simplicity and style. We had one minor issue, but with a simple message to the owners, Trisha quickly responded and the problem was solved! Lots of towels and silverware (which might sound silly, but has been a problem for our large family at other VRBO's in the past) and kitchen stocked with the basics.We would stay again!

As a large family of seven we need a lot of space. This home accomodated us all and even had room for extras if needed. We enjoyed our stay. Host was great to work with and super easy to contact. I have no negatives or conplaints! Just good!
