The location is fabulous very close to lions head gondola and very convenient walk to the vail bus system There is no heat control in the room and not enough blankets Also the breakfast needs more vegan options and less sugary pastries

This was our sixth time staying at this hotel, and for the past six years, we’ve noticed a gradual decline in the quality of service. However, this year has been the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had. The hotel is completely understaffed, and the housekeeping service is appalling. They don’t even bother to replace the towels, tissue paper, or any other amenities in our rooms. The front desk staff is incredibly unfriendly and rude. I would never recommend this hotel or go back. It’s a shame because the hotel is in a great location, but the poor service makes it no longer worth the price.

There is no AC , unlike advertised by Expedia on their website about this property The Room was HOT and the fans provided did not fix the issue There were No Windows in our room either to ventilate. Definitely not worth for the price, plz pick a hotel room
