Located on a magnificent plot of 6000 m2 with private beach, the 280 m2 villa has 7 independent bedrooms (all with bathroom and toilet). Facing south west, the villa benefits from numerous terraces and an exceptional view over the bay of Korakia and the Aegean Sea.
The rooms are independent and all have air conditioning and a terrace. They are arranged around the main body of the house which includes the living room, the dining room and a large American kitchen.
The main terrace benefits from a seawater basin.
Included in the rental price: a 4x4 car (Mitsubishi L200), 4 kayaks, 4 mountain bikes, 2 paddles.
From the house you have direct access to your private beach. Not overlooked and with a breathtaking view. The environment is breathtaking. Numerous indoor and outdoor facilities for perfect comfort and refined decoration give the villa its authentic and exclusive character.

Halcyon Days on Lipsi

A long-awaited family vacation to Greece included a one week stay at Villa M. We couldn’t have been happier with the peace and quiet of Lipsi, and the stunning views and comforts of Villa M. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Manolis and breakfasts at the Bakery, but we like to cook, so most of our meals were prepared in the well-appointed kitchen of Villa M. We found everything we needed from a great selection of pots and pans to sharp knives and cutting boards. The beds were comfortable and the linens high quality. The owner was very responsive in advising us re: travel logistics and the property manager was helpful in answering any questions we had (and providing fresh fish!) Most of our time was spent outside: snorkeling in the cove, relaxing by the pool, watching the little owls in the meadow, and taking in the magnificent views. This is a very special place.

Exceptionnel et Unique

Incroyable expérience, que nous renouvellerons à chaque fois que possible: TOUT est absolument incroyable, CHAQUE détail est anticipé, les équipements sont impressionnants, dans tous les domaines. Tous les moyens de transport sont possibles pour aller déjeuner à la MEILLEURE taverna, par la mer avec option snorkeling (toutes les tailles de palmes) paddle canoës-kayaks Optimiste ou bien à pied et même en pickUp. L'accès privilégié à la Mer, l'accessibilité des petite îles alentours... Les chambres sont toutes différentes et certaines mériteraient carrément 5 étoiles (sur une échelle de 5) La cuisine est parfaitement équipée (de la machine à glaçons à l'extracteur de jus) Les différentes terrasses offrent des points de vue variés sur les couchers de soleil majestueux. L'île est magnifique, les balades y sont merveilleuses, des petites chapelles aux diverses plages, du sentier côtier au Port. Restaurants tous délicieux, coup de coeur pour un petit bar au bout du port, authentique avec cocktails incroyables et musique qualitative, cadre magnifique. Sur place Yanis est disponible, arrangeant, très polyvalent, efficace et sécurisant. La logistique est fluide. Un moment suspendu, d'une quiétude rare: du bonheur pur.

décontraction totale dans un site idyllique

propriété ou chacun a son indépendance nocturne ,très bien équipée,décorée avec goût parfaite pour les enfants comme pour les adultes . la voiture prêtée un HILUX parfait pour les 15 que nous étions(la police tolère beaucoup ) bref un sentiment de retour à la liberté total relaxation assurée. Magnifique vacances dans un lieu exceptionnel.

Les terrasses permettent de jouir de la vue sur les ilets qui font face à la maison et sur la colline des oliviers à gauche. Les chambres ont du charme et sont confortables. Le clou est la plage privée est sa petite jetée. C’est un espace pour soi avec transat et matériel nautique. L’Ile est authentique et simple, non abîmée par le tourisme. une maison encore plus belle que les photos !

Une ile sauvage et sans touristes ! c'est juste parfait. la maison est idéale avec une vue exceptionnelle. très belle décoration, équipement complet et de qualité. la plage privée est vraiment unique avec une cuisine et salle à manger sous une pergola à 10 m de la mer ! nous en avons profité tous les jours. Autre avantage : le pick up 4x4 inclus dans le tarif qui nous a permis de découvrir toute l'île. Nous reviendrons, c'est sur !

C'était vraiment parfait depuis l'accueil jusqu'au départ, ce fût hélas trop court Cette maison est incroyable car tout en étant tous ensemble chacun peut garder son intimité. maison très bien équipée, vue incroyable! la plage privée est magnifique, c'est un endroit paisible. le village est sympathique, on y allait à pied tous les matins, c'était très agréable. Bref nous avons adoré et nous reviendrons surtout. Merci :-)

Un enchantement permanent !

L'arrivée sur l'île est déjà un enchantement... La maison et son cadre, extraordinaires, en prolongent la magie durant tout le séjour. La maison est conçue de telle manière qu'on peut y être nombreux, avec le plaisir des grandes tablées sur la grande terrasse et dans la belle cuisine, tout en ayant le sentiment d'être seul au monde, privilégié, face à la mer et des variations de lumière incroyables, puisque chaque chambre est indépendante et pensée avec un goût exquis. Dans une nature préservée, tout est pensé, jusqu'au moindre détail, pour le confort et le plaisir de ses occupants.

villa magnifique dans un cadre idyllique.

Une magnifique terrasse pour partager des dîners en face d'un panorama extraordinaire. Des chambres à la décoration très réussie et autonomes pour préserver un peu d'indépendance. Le calme et l'authenticité de Lipsi pour décompresser. Tout simplement magnifique !!!
