The photos on the site are old; although large and in a central location, the property is very, very damp (to the extent that plaster is falling off the walls) and in a general state of disrepair; the bathroom is quite tatty and the kitchen cupboards are falling apart - the door to the fridge actually fell on my partner’s head! When I messaged the agents to complain, I was ignored.

Apartment was on a great location and very central. A well kept and spacious apartment on the ground floor so stairs weren’t an issue. However, the facilities were limited and the lack of ventilation created an occasional unpleasant smell. The bathroom facilities were great but the drains also produced and odour. Was great value for money so would recommend this stay.

Ich war NICHT (!) in diesem gebuchten Apartment, sondern wurde in in ein sehr viel kleineres in die Rua do Terreirinho 52 verlegt. Erfahren habe ich das aber erst zum Zeitpunkt des Check Ins. Was weitere 30 Minuten Umzug zur Folge hatte. Klärung auf der Straße, zwischen den Passanten. Auf weitere Details kann und möchte ich hier nicht eingehen, aber das „Homing-Management“ (!) hat meiner Ansicht nach auf ganzer Linie versagt. Das komplette Desaster gipfelte darin, das eines Abends gegen 22:00 Uhr zwei weitere Gäste mittels des Ihnen bekanntem Wohnungs-Codes (!) meine Wohnungstür öffneten und mich fragten was ich hier mache…

Enkelt och bra

Ligger en kvarts promenad ifrån centrum bland trånga vägar som sträcker sig upp och ner för Lissabons lutande stadsdel, Bairro Alto. Boendet var bra förutom att det kanske var lite småsaker som att det inte gick att låsa toalettdörrar och att en av sängarna var en bäddsoffa. Det var inget speciellt med boendet men duschen var bra, sängen var bra och det låg ändå bra till. Relativt bra pris för en grupp på fyra också.
