The staircase need light. It is a old apartment and the stair steps is not standard. Without a light at night is it dangerous. Room is clean but ceiling is low. The only reason that i booked this one is their location, but would not book this again.

The property was close to major attractions, bars and restaurants. Communication with the property manager was atrocious. No wifi and they didn’t even take steps to rectify the issue. It was extremely hot and it would have been fine if there were ample fans and working outlets. I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the summer time.

Located in the midst of the historic district, with easy walking to fine restaurants, cafes and night life. We were never able to have working WiFi and our host did not reply to our requests for help. Parking was a hike, but that was to be expected. During our stay, there was so much unseasonable rain. Our washed clothes hardly dried in the 3 days we were there.

I liked the simplicity. It had everything we needed, and was easy to maintain. The property was located close to metro, bus, and was very walkable.

The location of the property was superb and even though there was some major building work a few doors away it never affected our stay. The shower was great and bedrooms very comfortable. decent size kitchen and dining area. TV no signal but it got sorted. Very airy and comfortable. Loads of cafe's and restaurants nearby. Short 15 minutes walk to main squares to catch tourist buses and trams were even closer. Great shopping also close by.

Terrible experience, recommend to avoid. No response to messages in 48 hours prior to arrival (later on a phone call they just said - "we didn't reply because we were busy". You have to do your own online check-in, we had paid hotel in full months earlier and on day of arrival they sent email link to pay tourist taxes, amount showed only tourist taxes and when it charged that had deceptively added a cleaning fee that hadn't been advised anywhere. Following a long phone call they refused to refund and blamed Hotels.com. Still trying to resolve with Hotels.com The actual property is on top floor (64 steps to the top) and set over 2 floors. Full kitchen with coffee machine, but no coffee or milk provided. 2 rolls of toilet provided for 2 adults for 4 night stay (had to buy more); and bedrooms have visible mould on the walls.

bairro alto - quartier agréable

petite difficulte a ouvrir le boitier pour récupérer la clef d'entrée. les échanges par sms ont été rapide et courtois. remarques : 1 appareil de chauffage électrique dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas tout comme le seche cheveux. sinon la cuisine agréable, peut-être ajouter une petite casserole - sinon séjour agréable.

Estaba muy bien equipado de todo. Muy bien situado. Una parada del tranvia 28 menos de 100m. Un supermercado igual de cerca. Perfecto para ir con niños, calle muy silenciosa, aunque está en una zona de pubs y muchas tascas. Nos llevamos una agradable experiencia.
