What a great stay! I was so lucky that I got an early check in after an over night flight into a great room! The staff was always smiling and went above and beyond to help me with travel to Porto. It’s close to everything!

The hotel was very clean and well presented and our room was really comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the city, yet our room was lovely and quiet. The breakfast was brilliant. We have no complaints at all and would recommend this hotel to others.

This was a beautiful, clean well serviced hotel with very friendly staff. The room was spacious, beds extremely comfortable. The lounge bar was situated in the front so you could relax with a drink or food and watch the street activity. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. This hotel made our stay in Lisbon and would highly recommend to others.

The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. Close to the train, buses, hop on hop off, and parking is available. The entire staff was pleasant, patient with issues that we had and helpful with all our questions. The breakfast buffet was very good and will make omelets on request. We had room service one of our nights, and it was fabulous! The room and hotel was clean and has a modern feel.Our only negative which doesn’t have anything to do with the hotel is Travelocity itself. We chose the city view option but Travelocity did not submit our preference to the hotel, so there were no city views available when we arrived. This is the second time that Travelocity did this. Fortunately the hotel on a previous trip had availability. So take note if booking with Travelocity. Highly recommend the Bessa Hotel.

The property is conveniently located and the staff were polite and accommodating. I was surprised that there were no iron and iron board in the room. However, once I called the front desk, they were able to provide one. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bessa Hotel Liberdade. The hotel staff was warm, welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. The buffet breakfast was well-stocked with fresh and delicious offerings. The gym was clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect for our exploration of Lisbon. Within walking distance to all of the main attractions yet far enough away from all the hustle and bustle to get a restful night's sleep. We will definitely stay again when we return to Lisbon!

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly. The room was a great size and clean. The location is great to get to all places of interest. The breakfast in the morning was really good and they had a good variety on offer. The bar staff were exceptionally good and friendly and made our trip even more relaxing. Nothing was too much. Would definitely stay at this hotel again
