This place is truly lovely. We arrived early and they made every effort to let us check in early. They provided fresh water daily and pastel de nata upon our arrival. We had a separate sitting room and kitchen - each area had a balcony. The bed was the coziest we have ever slept in. It was spotless and had everything you needed if you wanted to cook in, although why would you, it is surrounded by charming little restaurants. Joao was fantastic - so helpful and kind.

This hotel was wonderful! It’s a perfect location, so close to things you’ll want to do in Lisbon and close to public transit. The bed and pillows in the room were amazing, which is something hotels in Europe are usually lacking but we slept perfectly in this hotel. The staff were super kind and incredibly helpful!

Absolutely loved our stay at Boutique Chiado. This was the perfect place to end our trip in Lisboa on. The location was super convenient and walking distance to everything we wanted to see, eat, and experience. All of the staff was courteous, from check in, check out, and even with helping with airport transportation services.

The staff was extremely helpful and outgoing. The location is perfect and located within walking distance to many areas of town. Our room was impeccable and very charming. We stayed a week but would have been comfortable to be here for a much longer stay and will visit again on a return trip.

The staff was friendly, but the building is old and the noise is heard everywhere. They put us on the 1st floor. While we were resting in the room, the front desk lady was talking to her coworker for hours, and their loud conversation and laughing for more than an hour was so loud, we couldn’t rest at all. Then at 3am, the guest in upper floor came in very loudly, they were talking loudly , moving and walking until morning. We couldn’t rest at all.
